Don’t worry — we’ll walk you through it. Here’s the best way to get a comfy fit with your Loop Dream™:

Hold the earplug between your fingers with the ear tip pointing toward your face.

Open your ear canal by gently pulling the back of your ear.

Insert the ear tip carefully — no need to twist (unlike other Loop Earplugs models).

Press lightly on the earplug for about 5 seconds to create a snug seal.

Don’t push too deep — it should feel secure but comfortable.

Check the fit:

If they feel loose or fall out → try a larger ear tip.

If they feel too tight or stick out → go down a size.

Move your jaw side to side — if they stay in place and you hear your own voice louder, that’s a good seal.

Pro tip: You might need different ear tip sizes for your left and right ears.
