No worries.  Just send us your order number along with a clear description and pictures of any visual defects within 5 days of receiving your products. Unfortunately, if we don't hear from you within this time frame, you'll lose the right to claim for any issues.

When your products arrive, please take a moment to check them over and make sure everything matches your order confirmation. To qualify for a full refund, complaints must be made while the products are unused and still in their original packaging. Send us an email at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return, or visit our refund policy for the easy steps to request a refund. Once we get your returned items, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.
